The LIMIT3D® irons utilize 3D printing technology to push beyond the capabilities of traditional casting and forging to develop a compact player's blade profile that has a soft forged feel and the forgiveness of an oversized, game-improvement iron.

Features

The World's First 3D Printed Iron
Using nTop's advanced topology optimization software, COBRA took a muscle-back blade shape and added an internal lattice structure that allowed us to reposition 33% of the total clubhead weight. Redistributing this saved weight allowed us to create a smaller profile iron with higher MOI (more forgiveness) and a lower CG (higher Launch) to make this the most forgiving blade you will ever hit.
Fine-Tuned Feel
The 3D-printed internal lattice allows us to fine-tune the clubhead's frequency at impact to maintain a forged feel and appealing sound.
100g Of Tungsten
This discretionary weight savings allowed 100g of tungsten to be positioned in the heel and toe, providing more forgiveness than ever in a player's blade shape.

3D PRINTED STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Each iron is fully 3D printed from 316 stainless steel. 3D printing provides significant advantages over traditional methods of casting and forging, unlocking more design freedom and significant performance improvements.

FORGIVING PLAYERS BLADE SHAPE
3D printing has unlocked new design possibilities, enabling COBRA® engineers to create a compact blade shape with the mass properties (high MOI, low CG) of a game improvement iron without sacrificing the looks and soft feel that better players demand.

INTERNAL LATTICE STRUCTURE
Using nTop™'s advanced topology optimization software, COBRA® took a muscle-back blade shape (similar in size and shape to the KING TOUR iron), and added a complex internal lattice structure to reduce the weight of the club by 33%. The discretionary weight was repositioned to optimize feel, CG position, and MOI.

EXTREME FORGIVENESS MEETS SOFT FEEL
The 3D printed internal lattice structure not only optimizes weight savings, but also fine-tunes the acoustics of each iron to produce the most appealing impact sound and feel.

TUNGSTEN WEIGHTING
This discretionary weight savings allowed for up to 100g of tungsten to be positioned low in the heel and toe resulting in the perfect blend of a compact blade shape with a low CG and high MOI that mirrors a game improvement iron.
