Fairway Golf Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item(s) in new and unused condition within 30 days.
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original purchase.
- All items must be in new and unused condition in original package. Fairway Golf will not exchange any item(s) that show any signs of use.
- Custom clubs, special orders, personalized items, books and software are not included in our exchange policy and not qualify to exchange.
- Original purchase value of returned item(s) will be applied for payment of the new item(s).
- Store Credit: We offer 100% store credit of original purchase value towards your next purchase.
- We offer 100% store credit for all Golf Club(s) exchanges as long as they pass our inspection and fall under our "30 day playability guarantee".
- All shipping fees for any exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fee for the original shipment will not be refunded.
